Meet the Heart Behind Luxe Airé Party Co ...
Hey party people! I’m Paula mama of three, creative junkie, donut-obsessed dreamer, and your soon-to-be favorite event partner.
I wasn’t always blowing up balloons and painting backdrops. I actually started my business journey as a full-time baker when life hit me with a mix of postpartum, hospital stays, and two tiny humans who needed their mama full-time. Baking became my therapy when my oldest two, Jaxton (4) and Alora (3), were hospitalized for several months. I left my job, picked up a spatula, and built A&J Sweet Confections right from my kitchen named after my babies, of course.
That little dream blossomed beyond anything I imagined catching the attention of local news and opening doors to meaningful partnerships with incredible organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation. I got to work with amazing nonprofits like Made of Freedom, serving women impacted by trafficking, and I fell in love with being part of something bigger than myself.
Then came Lyla, our surprise baby girl and the cutest little boss baby (newborns really do run the show, don’t they?). We moved from Nevada to Texas to be closer to family and prepare for her arrival. As I started painting furniture for her nursery, I discovered a whole new love: decorating spaces.
Now, I still love creating custom logo cookies, donuts, and lollipops for corporate gifts and events (because a little sugar goes a long way), but my heart has fully grown into the world of bold balloon installs, polished backdrops, and elevated event design all with that signature Luxe Airé flair.

From brainstorming big ideas to installing every last balloon, Linda is the ultimate behind-the-scenes boss. She’s Paula’s go-to person, creative co-pilot, and the calm during the event-day chaos basically, Luxe Airé wouldn’t run without her.
Kyle
Husband / Free Labor & Financial Analyst
Kyle’s the muscle behind the magic literally. He’s the guy hauling backdrops, climbing ladders, and lifting the heavy stuff with a smile (well… most of the time). When he’s not loading the trailer, he’s reviewing budgets and crunching numbers. He’s the unpaid MVP of Luxe Airé operations.
