Booking & Payment

Start by filling out our Quote Form with all event details. Once we review your request, we’ll send you an invoice within 48–72 hours. A signed agreement and full payment within 24 hours secure your date.

Every installation is 100% customized to you. Balloons, vinyl lettering, and backdrop materials are ordered immediately after booking and cannot be reused. Because of this, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

At this time, payment in full is required to reserve your date. This ensures fairness to all clients and allows us to begin preparations right away.

Cancellations are non-refundable, but we totally understand life happens. You’re welcome to reschedule within 60 days of your original event date (pending availability).

By booking with Luxe Aire Party Co., you acknowledge this and agree that we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur if proper care isn’t taken around treated balloons.

Event Logistics

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. Popular dates (holidays, graduation season, wedding season) fill quickly, so the sooner the better!

Setup time depends on the size and complexity of your design. Most installations require 1–3 hours. Large-scale setups or outdoor structures may take longer.

For most balloon installations, no. If your setup includes machines (cotton candy, snow cone, popcorn) or specialty lighting, we may require access to electricity.

Delivery, installation, and pickup services are all factored into your custom quote. No surprise charges — we’ll handle the logistics so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Only certain lightweight or pre-assembled items (like grab & go garlands and baked goods) are eligible for pickup. Larger installs like shimmer walls, arches, and custom backdrops must be handled by our team.

Event Day & Aftercare

Indoors, balloon installations can last several days to weeks depending on temperature and handling. Outdoors, balloons are more sensitive to heat, wind, and sun exposure, so we recommend same-day enjoyment.

Yes — teardown is included in our service fees for all installations. The only exception is grab-and-go garlands, which are designed for easy pickup and self-installation by the client.

We don’t recommend it, as balloon garlands and structures are designed for their specific placement. Moving them may cause damage.

Yes — pickups after 9 PM incur a small additional fee depending on the time. We’ll always confirm your schedule and quote any extras upfront.  

Design & Customization

We use your photos as inspiration but never replicate them exactly. Each Luxe Airé design is reimagined with our signature touch, ensuring your setup is unique and tailored to your event.

Browse our [Color Guide] for available shades. Keep in mind that exact matches aren’t guaranteed — balloons appear slightly lighter once inflated, but we’ll help you select the best combination for your vision.

Policies & Responsibility

Clients are responsible for any damage or loss of rental items (such as backdrops, stands, or machines) while in their possession. If damage occurs, repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly. Balloons themselves are delicate and not covered under this policy once installation is complete.

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the customized nature of our work. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes in event timing if possible.

No. By confirming your booking, you agree to release and hold Luxe Aire Party Co. harmless. We cannot be sued for issues related to balloon shine, and we encourage all clients and guests to use caution around our décor.

Miscellaneous

Luxe Aire installations are custom-designed using professional expertise. We do not provide mockups unless requested as a paid add-on service.

No, we only use professional-quality balloons from our trusted suppliers to guarantee long-lasting results and consistent color options.

Yes! Snack machines are $50 each when booked with a decor package, or $75 if rented on their own.

We do! Check out the balloon color section on our site to browse color palettes and finishes, complete with photos.

Balloon shine is sometimes applied to our installations to give balloons a longer-lasting, polished look. While it’s safe for use on balloons, it can make nearby floors or surfaces slightly slippery.

Packages & Add-Ons

Each package is fully customized, but most include balloons, backdrop structures, and professional installation. Add-ons like foil balloons, marquee letters, rental machines, and theme props can be added for an additional fee. 

Yes, grab-and-go garlands are available for clients who prefer a simple pickup option. These are pre-assembled and designed for easy self-installation.

Corporate & Special Events

Absolutely! We can include custom vinyl logos, branded backdrops, or balloon colors that match your brand guidelines.

Yes — Luxe Aire Party Co. specializes in both intimate celebrations and large installations. For larger events, we recommend booking 6–8 weeks in advance.

Yes, we often work alongside event planners, florists, and rental companies to create a cohesive event design.

Weather & Outdoor Events

Heat, wind, and direct sun can cause balloons to oxidize, fade, or pop. For outdoor events, we recommend shaded areas and same-day installations.

We’ll work with you to adjust placement or timing if weather becomes an issue. However, weather-related changes do not qualify for refunds.

Yes, we use weighted bases and proper anchoring methods to keep outdoor installations safe and stable.
